"Very worst place to stay. We had to leave because we have 2 young girls that would not go in the bathroom because of the lizard and roach. Hotel would not allow us to cancel or give a refund. Not a good place."

"Actually what I found negative was the noise from the traffic. It's an old building with a modern lift. The best of the facilities is the roof cafeteria and restaurant open till late. Food and drink was good. Also the staff was very friendly especially the girl who assisted me in the check in and when I left. If I go back to Cagayan I will not hesitate to go back to stay in the hotel."

"Het is een heel voordelig pension voor doorreizende personen. Op een prima lokatie met aardig personeel. Toch ben ik net iets minder positief dan de vorige keer. Er is geen ontbijt inbegrepen zoals vermeld (een fout van Expedia want de wijziging is doorgegeven) maar er is ook geen ontbijt meer in het pension te krijgen. "The property has no parking available for the guest, the shower does not drain easily"

"Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. I'd stay here again My only complaint is that the shower doesn't close all the way, so water will splatter onto the floor by the sink. They provide a squeegee to help solve this, but it didn't do a very good job. For a few hours...
