"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "The location is in a small village in the mountains and driving in and out is not easy. The property itself is a bit dated but is very charming. The staff and service were excellent. Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection. "Good welcome. English spoken. Modern lift, large well laid out room. Comfortable beds, extra blanket, Fridge with two bottles of water. Kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi, Large walk in shower - plenty of hot water Good parking right out side the door or underground - small payment. In fact everything you could need and more. The restaurant, too was excellent - choice of French or Vietnamese cuisine, good wine list all at a very reasonable price all cooked on the premises. The pintade (guinea fowl) was amazing. As was the creme brulee. We will DEFINATELY be staying there again and would heartily recommend this hotel and its food."
