"I would not stay here again. For a downtown hotel, I expected much better. front desk attendants were rude from the moment we arrived, and customer service never improved. When the refrigerator stopped working and the toilet paper holder was broken, there was no urgency to fix either issue. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The floors were dirty enough that I had to keep the toilet paper on top of the toilet tissue because I didn't want it touching the floor. It's frustrating that the hotel...

"The room and shared areas were very clean. The pool was out of order and slimy green, and the rooms were dated, with grout issues and the bedding had been washed in a way that the comforter filling was in balls and the couch had holes. It was a good night’s sleep and a good price, but was not the quality I expect from Hyatt, typically. Breakfast was good."

"Decent hotel, very nice staff, good complimentary breakfast. Foul smell coming from ? Shower drain? Not sure, but awful smell, they said we could not swap, no other rooms were available at the level we paid for, then they tried to send someone with a spray to conceal the smell, but it was still perceptible. Terrible AC system, loud and difficult to fine tune. Beds were pretty hard too."
