"When i first arrived I couldn’t complete the payment because their card machine couldn’t accept revolut payments. I am glad my friend was still next to me and made the payment. Another thing that I didn’t like was that my room was by the road… i am a light sleeper and the first two nights I couldn’t sleep from the traffic noises. Other than that I am pleased with the cleaning service and the nice breakfast. "

"Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Paper thin walls, could hear the next room flush and showering. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind. "This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor. The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want. "one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and two small kids, first the receptionist didn’t give us our rooms although I had a confirmation for staying there for three nights and all paid for. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out. Then the manager came who was very rude, abusive and swearing at us and my family which made my kids cry and get scared....
