"We were looking for a Tuscan experience and this hotel more than met our expectations. They had an excellent restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. The pool was large and nice to use after a day of visiting.
Hotel is close to San Gimignano which is a must see town, We used the hotel shuttle to get to the town since it was an uphill walk and walked back. The sights were quite spectacular.
We had a wine tasting of their vineyards wines which was also very nice.
Can not say enough...
"Martina was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities and breakfast were amazing. The property is located just a few minutes from the town of San Gimignano, making it a perfect base for exploring the area."
"Pros:
Location
Cleanness
Good and friendly staff
Cons:
Low quality mattress. Did not feel relaxed laying on that mattress after long walks.
Shower's hot water was warm 14 seconds then cold for 9 second and warm 14 seconds and so on."
"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino.
I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."
"We cannot say enough good things about this hotel because everything exceeded our expectations. They truly embody the art of hospitality. The owners referred to us by name which made it feel very personal and intimate. The decor in the rooms is artistic. The breakfast offerings were varied ranging from delicious coffee, quiches, a range of pastries to yogurt and all the toppings. They even helped with luggage upon arrival and departure. This is a true gem!,"
"The property is in a great location and the rooms are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and both experiences were wonderful."
