"I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to . I said again that I would pay the 70 euros which again he refused so I said I would therefore pay nothing so left without paying. It was a very traumatic...
