"The hot tub was filled with algae and floating cooties, our door handle to our room with nearly falling off, the toilet in the lobby was broken, check-in was hideous. Took three hours never got an email with the digital code, shower head almost fell off, no phone in lobby to contact for entry to room, tried calling the number nine times with no response. Found an employee and was told to go away and use Whataps. Do not recommend runaway and go elsewhere."

"Enjoyed our stay , it is really beautifully located and well maintained. There are cute sheep you can feed and pet that my son enjoyed looking at. Its super close to big attractions like skogafoss and Dyrholaey Beach. There is a restaurant right across the street that is incredibly convenient. Beds were not that comfortable but overall a great stay."

"nice to have a complete unit to ourselves clean. shower head was cracked and leaked water out the sides but other than that shower was nice and big. convenient to have a table with 4 chairs. no plug in at counter height so needed to charge phones on floor and plug in kettle on floor. but overall a great little place."

"Be warned: you CANNOT get to this hotel with your own vehicle! You're required to buy a separate bus ticket in order to get to the hotel. We weren't told until a couple weeks before our stay that a bus was required to reach the property. We were stunned to find that bus tickets for our family of four were almost TWICE as expensive as the $285 room we booked for a single night. "The Guesthouse is on a big piece of land with some abandoned buildings in the back. We almost missed the guesthouse building because the sign is not easier readable. The host has left the key and information of the room in an envelope at the door, so everything is self helped. The place is clean with a shared kitchen. The room and kitchen are bright."
