"Did the trick"

"Picture on website Much Much Much different. It’s just a small 25 room Motel. I thought I was getting a hotel. It was overpriced too. Breakfast was limited and disappointing. No pool. It is a senior hotel but sugary breakfast for kids. Confusing!. "

"Good location-- easy parking. Only issue was at breakfast. Machines were broken for waffles, food was not restocked -at 7:30am on a Sunday was pretty empty on food. Would be nice to have a lounge to sit in and visit, just used the breakfast area. "

"I really appreciated the kindness and understanding of the manager/employer who helped me check in and especially check out. My mother was having surgery in town and was not finished til past the check out time, and said manager/employee allowed me to stay til my mom was out of surgery as we are not from the town. This generosity gave me a hope that this world isn’t so bad and I will be planning to stay there again if any of my family has surgery in the town of Winner, SD. "

"Got to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the attendant tried to tell me multiple times that I didn't have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number and showed her the confirmation email & number from the site I used to make the reservation. She found my reservation, checked us in and we were on our way.
