"We didnt get to use the hot tub because it was always at capacity. The pool was nice, the hotel over all was very nice and accommodating. Beds are a tad bit firm, but manageable. Very nice breakfast spread in the mornings, and the coffee was quite tasty. 10 out 10 recommend."

"Reviews online were obviously fabricated. Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's. Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs. Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more. Will never stay there again."

"The hotel room was infested with roaches."
