"We enjoyed the "home town" and rustic feel of this motel. The staff was very friendly. If you're looking for an old-style motel and are willing to accept that it will be slightly out of date but a fun experience, this one is for you."
"Place was good. We arrived at 11:00pm no one was at the front desk and when we called the number a very rude lady kept answering the phone and was even yelling at us and will hang up. I called twice and both times she was very rude. The people behind the phones are very rude."

"The bed and bedding is wonderful - I am always cold, so that was much appreciated! The rooms are furnished and decorated very nicely, and we appreciated all the snacks (to include chocolate, cheese and crackers!) We had one minor issue with the AC: Cari was super helpful and remedied the issue right away. If we ever in Wheatland again we would definitely stay at Thankers!"
