"I booked this cabin as an after Christmas trip for my family and our best friends' family. There were a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. Prior to the trip, I contacted the owner with a few questions and he got back to me right away each time. When we arrived, the cabin was clean, very well furnished and had everything we needed while we were there. It even had a Christmas tree and lights which made it so festive! Unfortunately, it rained while we were there so we couldn't use the sleds provided on...

"It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. "Our family had a blast in this home. You can see the slopes from the back porch, and only 100 yard drive to the closest lodge. Very nice appliances as well. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. "

"Stayed here for our annual guys ski weekend with plenty of room for all to sleep. House had everything we needed to cook and clean up from full meals, including the bbq grill in the garage. Hosts were great at communicating, even offering extended check in and check out times, which was fantastic. We had an oops and left a sweatshirt behind, the hosts were gracious enough to help mail it back to us. If they added a hot tub this place would crush, but even without it , it's a great place to stay....
