"Convenient hotel to be near hell’s kitchen and broadway without being too close to times square. Really uncomfortable bed. And the 4pm check in time is tough."

"At first glance the hotel looked cleaned and maintained once the check-in process was completed the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana clouded the hallways. The smell of smoke was insufferable in the room. We had to request new bedding as the comforter had cigarette burns and the sheet was torn. The staff bought us another that had the same issues. The pillow cases looked dirty and dingy and the pillows flat. We were awoken at 6 am by someone having a conversation right outside our room...

"The room was clean, and the staff were always willing to help. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, with a metro line nearby that goes directly to Manhattan and many of the main tourist attractions. There is also a convenience store nearby, and the breakfast was good."
