"Not sure if it was due to Expedia or the host but I got too many emails once I’d made the booking and I was badgered to check-in but the process wasn’t clear and I had to download an app which seemed totally pointless. This said, I gave up with the tech and spoke to someone from Deuce Hotels and he was excellent. He was professional and reassuring and the codes for the door arrived via email as promised. The property itself does not look very welcoming as you go in a back door next to the bins....
"It was so noisy place to stay, there was a noisy party till 2am in the morning, there is no hot food because there is no staff and no kitchen, how can it say that it’s breakfast included??????only bread and coffee,
Terrible terrible terrible"

However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. "The room was really dirty. The bin still had used sanitary pads in it, and the rug was also filthy. We weren’t expecting five-star standards, but basic cleanliness should be a minimum. Very disappointing."
"The room was ok but the shower was dreadful, leaking all over the place from the shower head. However the location was fine and they did provide free parking."
"It was an ok place to stay for a night. The amenities were ok but needs updating especially the bed. The shared bathroom was fine but the door needs replacing asap as there’s no handle on the inside and you have to pull the door by the side to be able to get out. The staff was excellent and friendly and can’t fault them at all!"
