"We had a wonderful stay in every way. Although the interior felt slightly dated, the room was spacious and well equipped with all the basic cooking utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals. "This property is a good value if you want to spend less on lodging and not stay in a hostel. It is next to the food trucks (which also have trash taken out every morning), but this did not bother us. This place is far from a fancy hotel, but I think it is good value for the money, and is in a great location."

"Honolulu has few budget options especially near Waikiki. This has a a great location but is the definition of basic. With no air conditioning or parking, best to bring all your amenities with you, and be prepared for half the resident guests to be using walkers. "

"They are a private owned condos not an actual hotel. The room did not have black out curtains and faced the side that had so many lights it looked like it was day time the whole night. There was major construction that was not disclosed when you booked. The shower had poor pressure and the tv cable set up would go in and out while watching something. The staff didn’t offer any advice like where the ice machine or pool was I guess because it’s all private condos. "
