"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room.
However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. After through...
