"Super convenient to old town - literally cross the street and you are there. Loud because of tremendous street noise (had to have the window open) as well as construction (hall way, entrance, reception… started before 9 AM with banging). Hot because of a non functional thermostat (checked in late so no one to assist with that- suppose I could have asked to change rooms). Messy because of construction - drapes, ladders, stacks of supplies- it was hard to find the elevator and crew working were...
