"My favorite hotel in Versilia. Clean modern rooms, very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast every morning. Located across from the beach and surrounded by really good restaurants. What more could you ask for?"

"Perfect stay. I was on a business trip and it was the perfect combination of quite and convenience. "

The outside terrace had beautiful views and the hot tubs were a perfect way to relax before dinner out. It is located 1 very short block in from the ocean. The hosts will make beach reservations for you. The beach and the area are wonderful. And you can get to the Cinque Terra national park and see the 5 cities by train or a 25 minute car ride to the La Spireza Centrale. This is a FABULOUS...

"This is a guesthouse so there are no amenities but the staff in the office building is helpful. The office building is in a separate location than the room that you’ll be staying in. The location was good as it was nearby all shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the train. We were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once due to the designated cleaning schedule. Overall, it was a nice stay, just be away of the differences between a hotel and a guesthouse."

Nur als nicht Italiener war der Pool mit Badekappenpflicht für uns unpassend. Aber so ist es halt in IT. In Vorsaison, bis End Mai, war es in der Woche auch schwer in der Nähe essen zu gehen, da die Lokale Abends geschlossen waren. Sonst super Lage und Hotel."
