"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone."

"Very nice staff - family owned business for nearly 75 years. Rooms were simple, but very clean. Hotel is perfectly located only a 5 minute walk from the train station entrance. Despite busy popular location, hotel is in quite street off the main road from the station. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and the included continental breakfast is a great bonus. Thank you to Alberto and Marco!"

"Transportation was very easy to get to from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to Venice, and from the hotel to the Mestre station for our next stop. I like that there was air conditioning"

"Wonderful hotel with joined family room for teenagers, worked so well. Perfect location for traveling and seeing the sights, with no need to catch taxis, or stress to find the hotel when you arrive late at night as we did. Hotel has a touch pad with a code for east entry after hours. Perfect location! Only downside was tiny shower, and I mean tiny! But it worked and it was not a deal breaker at all. We skipped breakfast at the hotel as too many places to eat close by, (next door). 5 min walk...

"Small hotel with only about 7 rooms, but very convenient location about 1.5km (1 mile) away from the airport. Bus stations to the airport and the Venice center are only a short distance away. It even provides free coffee and breakfast. We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Strongly recommend!"
