"We needed help so called the emergency number and the intercom number but got no response. Luckily we met a long term resident who informed us that the managers were on vacation and he helped us. The apartment was spacious and location is great near the train station, metro, and restos on Grancy. A few minor negatives. The bath is tiny, the shower spills onto the floor in front of the toilet. There is a step up in the small bathroom which is the worst place it could be. Useful to have two...

"there was no parking and no air conditioning. We were 3 people in a room and they gave us just one key which provided elevator access as well as our room access. When one person was already in the room the other two could not access the elevator to get to the room. Very inconvenient."
