"We booked through Expedia after 10pm and it said 24/7 service. We went to the property they denied us access saying it is passed check in hours. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time."

"The location was good for a quick stay, and the person at the front desk was very kind and helpful upon arrival. The room itself was spacious.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was extremely loud, and the walls were quite thin -I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. Another concern was the mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower, which I noticed while showering in the morning."

"Very clean and tidy, cleaners cleaned every single day, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, highly recommend.
If you’re going out on the new town strip, it’s about a 15min walk or a £3 uber, and because of the 24hr reception, means you can leave your key with reception and collect on return to save losing when out and about."
