"The location of the hotel was excellent for us and there was plenty of parking.
Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. It was easy to reach via stairs and a lift.
We had a couple of issues. Our room booking could not be located at reception and it appeared that we would have to pay again. It took the Receptionist some time to sort the problem out, and it appeared that Expedia had passed on our booking to another company, so it was more difficult to find. She was very helpful...

"Friendly staff and good location within walking distance of all downtown Le Havre. Know that there is no elevator, but that is very common in Europe, so this is just FYI. I could easily hear the neighbors talking in adjacent rooms, so a little noisy. The shower was very small, but again, that is normal for Europe, so just FYI.
