"The pictures are not a true reflection of this property. It has the potential to be a very lovely hotel but it is run down and falling apart.
The rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. There wasn't a mosquito net for the bed.
Service for breakfast was very slow.
The pool looks like it needs a good clean. I couldn't even get into it. "
"The ocean view was very nice. Our room was one of the best and very large, it accommodated 4 people. Everything was very nice we arrived in the low season yet we enjoyed our time. The staff were splendid. We ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant because it tasted so good and the staff were so helpful and friendly."

This is delicious and a unique offering in a city of uniqueness, do build time in for this if you stay there. If you are staying elsewhere in Galle or the area, it is well worth booking in and paying extra for, all courses hand prepared to order and full of taste and meaning. Thoroughly recommended!!"

This was the worst place we stayed during our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were dirty and in extremely poor condition and appeared to be badly neglected. The walls had peeling paint, there was mold in the bathrooms, and the cement bathtub in the so-called premium room was particularly unpleasant.
