"No me respetaron la reserva. A pesar de que en Hoteles.com ofrecían pagar en el alojamiento me contactaron sugiriéndome consignar antes. Al final no viaje al hotel. Ya no podía confiar en el sitio. "

"This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :(
On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."

"No one was there to receive us I spoke with one of your agent to make i was not charged on my card, the manager and no staff was at the facility,so we had to back to the small town , not a good experience with the hotel"
