Hotels.com et son système de chat n'a rien fait pour m'aider à part m'envoyer des coordonnées GPS qui correspondent à un parking. 2 nuits facturées pour rien, ce logement n'existe pas."

Om vi vill byta till den nyrenoverade delen behövde vi betala 400 euro extra. Fruktosten var fruktansvärd, mjölken hade klumpar i sig och all mat som erbjöds såg oaptitlig ut.
