"J'ai réservé 2 nuits et j'ai dû aller me loger ailleurs. Aucune communication, l'hôte ne répond à aucun appel, aucun sms, aucun mail. La maison sur les photos ne correspond à aucune dans tout le quartier (j'ai cherché plus de 2 heures). Hotels.com et son système de chat n'a rien fait pour m'aider à part m'envoyer des coordonnées GPS qui correspondent à un parking. 2 nuits facturées pour rien, ce logement n'existe pas."

"Vi fick först ett rum som var smutsigt och saknade lister. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpte oss byta till ett bättre rum. Om vi vill byta till den nyrenoverade delen behövde vi betala 400 euro extra. Fruktosten var fruktansvärd, mjölken hade klumpar i sig och all mat som erbjöds såg oaptitlig ut. Vi kommer inte åka dit igen."

"Our Superior room was charming, very clean and comfortable and it an excellent location. Corner room with 2 good size windows plus a window in the bathroom. The pedestrian noise below comes with the great location. But all the noise is blocked out when the windows are closed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. "
