"The trails through the jungle around the lodge are incredible, and very well maintained. The owner and staff were very attentive, and I felt completely taken care of, from the moment my plane landed, until my return flight took off. The lodge owner matched me with a guide, Harold “The Tiger,” who took me on several grand adventures, hiking, kayaking, birding, touring white towns. This was the best stay I’ve ever had, anywhere! I plan on returning, soon. I can not recommend this place enough!!"

"Loved our stay here. We actually extended the stay we liked it so much. Clean, safe and excellent location. Industrial fans kept us very comfortable to sleep. The water pressure from the shower was amazing and strong. The location to Playa Remanso Beach is a 1 minute walk. To San Juan Del Sur it is barely a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. Playa Hermosa is not even a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. The staff and owner are very kind. We will definitely stay here again."

"I checked in & it looks like the hostel dormitory was being repainted so I got upgraded into room 56 at no charge! So I have a private room with a king size bed, a private bathroom & a tv that I plugged an HDMI cord into & streamed from my laptop on. Great setup, right on the beach, nice pool, water seemed clean, lots of places to sit & lounge around. Unfortunately the workers who were doing some repairs the day I arrived left a lot of metal clippings around the gate to the beach, so I won’t be...
