"Breakfast is terrible, with the name of breakfast they only offer Tea/Coffee outside(with Muffin/bar), usually tea/coffee is served in the room without mentioning breakfast included by other hotel. Poor quality of breakfast, they should not mention that breakfast is included. I booked this hotel even in a longer distance by seeing the breakfast option is included, but this is disappointment. Room was good however they should offer toiletries(liquid soap, toothpaste/brush ."

The sink drained slowly. Carpet was dirty. I've stayed in Best Westerns in a few states and this was not a good one"

"I came to a poorly cleaned room .. desk was dirty had some sticking substance on it and the chair.. I feel stickiness on the floor. Bathroom door would not close .. rm120 need to be looked at.. the door to the room was difficult to open . Went in to the bathroom to close the door.. it wouldn't stay close the wall behind the bathroom door is bent in and rusted .. old tissue from the visitor before was found under the vanity.. staff was nice.. parking was easy.. breakfast was wonderful thank you...
