"Terrible experience, i was given a room with a hole in the main door ( didnt fix the peephole ) , i was offered another room but was occupied! And offered 3rd room and wasn’t cleaned! Terrible experience , cancelled my reservation and got full refund "

"Towels were crunchy, I think I had a faulty room the shower would fill up to above the top of my feet before draining consistently (still above my feet but not continuing to fill)."

"The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! "

"Generally is was "ok". The tub in my room had no stopper to take a bath. I "engineered" one as I needed to soak a bit after a day of a lot of rehab work on a home. The TV was HORRIBLE to figure out - and no guide was provided. The breakfast was "ok" as well- very basic.There were no extra blankets in the room and it was chilly, even with heat on. The water is either very hard or the shampoo and soap provided are of poor quality. Location convenient for what I needed. Value was ok for what...
