Check in was a breeze & he provided lots of good information for touring around including how far away (time wise) places were As a Canadian travelling overseas best purchase was a multi plug power bar (EU style) & then able to plug a converter into that - outlets were higher up on the wall & less weight balancing on the plug in."

"Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bonne petit hôtel familiale avec une hôtellerie à taille humaine. Seul bémol suite a un souci de réservation. Avec expédia, nous avons était délogé dans un autre hôtel à mi sejour. Certes un hotel de qualité supérieur en all inclusive mais le charme et le service d’un hôtel familiale n’y était pas. Dommage. Mais si je dois revenir je choisis de nouveau Oasis hôtel. Mais je reviendrai quàd l’aeroport sera agrandi."

"Manolis and his wife are very good hosts. "What can I do to help you?" is frequently asked. Sea view room is lovely. Nice pool with good sunbeds. Room is very comfortable with air con, free wifi and a much appreciated fridge. Lovely sunsets. Good breakfast served 8am to 10am. "You pay for the price! I mean it's cheaper for a reason the room is very small, the bathroom also! There's no place between the sink toilet or shower..They didn't do the sheets or changed the towels..The area is shady but it's close to the main attractions and downtown. You have to pay 8e for the breakfast... If you want a cheap hotel okay but don't expect big things from it.. Don't think I will come back."

"only stayed here for one night, the bathroom taps were leaky - didn't work properly and made a really annoying dripping sound all night. the toilet didn't flush after one usage. the bed was hard as a rock....really bad pillows too. oh and the fridge didn't work either. the place was clean, although really thats the only positive thing i can say. location isn't great either, 30 mins by bus to heraklion. i guess you get what you pay for!"
