"The hotel owner miyah was the most generous and kindhearted person U would want to meet she went the extra mile to make me feel welcome always happy and smiling always quick to make me a coffee or cook me a meal and give me a lift on her bike anywhere"
"I absolutely loved my stay at Mango Tree Inn. This was my second trip to Bali, and without a doubt it’s the most relaxing place I’ve stayed.
The décor is rustic, tasteful, and full of character, while the gardens are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful atmosphere. In the evenings it’s incredibly quiet and serene—an introvert’s dream.
The location is excellent too, with plenty of great warungs nearby. I especially recommend Warung Manis, where the food was exceptional. The beach...

Only drawback is the quality of food from the restaurant. Given the site is remote, you expect a reasonable offering from the restaurant onsite, yet we found it to be not only limited in options as many items were unavailable, but also food quality and presentation was very poor. To make things worse, I became sick with food...
"The property is just as described... four cozy A-Frames (5th being built), owned and operated by a very lovely family.
Highlights: The gardens and home cooking are every bit as good as all the other reviews attest! We also enjoyed the jungle trek.
Challenges:
It's hard to criticize a place when the cost is so low. But worth noting a couple of points; A/ this place is very remote! Best if you have your own transportation (bike). Grab is about 200k to the Munduk waterfall trek each...
