"The check in is done by phone. You don't see anyone during check in or out. We were instructed to open the windows when cooking. We did that, and also used the fan over the stove, but the smoke alarm went off. A gentleman came to our door and asked if the windows were open, and we said yes, and that we also had the fan on.
