"Die Lage ist hervorragend, schön ruhig gelegen und das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war zwar klein mit einer funktionierenden, aber sehr lauten Klimaanlage, dafür hatten hatten wir eine große Küche mit Esstisch. Im Schlafzimmer gab es leider keine Nachttischlampen und die Bettwäsche war löchrig, aber sauber. Es wäre schön wenn es auch im Schlafzimmer ein paar Kleiderhaken gäbe. Das Türschloss ist allerdings nur eine sehr simple Zahlenreihenfolge und erschien uns nicht...

"Just book it. You will not regret it! The kitchen is well-appointed, bed is very comfortable, the deck chairs are great, and the staff was lovely! No railing outside, so don’t bring little kids (noted in the description). Driveway is a bit steep but you need 4wd in Monteverde anyway. Lots of great markets or restaurants nearby!"

"I stayed in a shared room with 2 bunk beds, slept in one of the bottom. Room was clean, had AC which was wonderful, bathroom need it some maintenance but was useful. At the time of my stay, only one pool was in service. Staff was very helpful and kind. Very close to restaurants and places to ask for tours."

"This property was good for the price. It’s clean and comfortable. The property is dated but the owners really make this property a very nice stay. They are very accommodating and also helped with booking our tram reservation and provided recommendations for local eateries. We would stay again. Keep I mind if you have difficulty with stairs ask for the bottom floor rooms. Pura vida"

"My daughter and I enjoyed 6 nights at El Sol and felt as if we had truly discovered the “heart” of Costa Rica. The staff were friendly and there to help with anything we might need. Nature was all around us, and occasionally in the cabin with us! The property is well kept. Infinity pool and sunsets gorgeous! There is no actual restaurant on site, but they offer a delicious breakfast and dinner menu that guests can have delivered to their cabin. This was the perfect start to our first visit to...
