"J'ai malheureusement était au motel une nuit pluvieuse. L'eau s'est infiltrée par le luminaire du plafond et elle tombait dans le lit. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit. Au réveil, une flaque d'eau se trouvait aussi dans la salle de bain. J'ai envoyé un courriel, j'ai appelé et j'ai laissé un mot dans la chambre, je n'ai eu aucun retour de l'établissement ! J'étais en déplacement pour des suivis médicaux et cette expérience n'a pas donné le repos escompté. Je suis très déçue et encore plus du manque de communication des responsables. "
