"Yikes... it was so dirty and did not feel very safe. The room and hallway had a gross smell and we even felt the need to check for bed bugs. It wasn't in a great part of town and just felt dirty and poorly taken care of."

There was a shredded lampshade, and inoperable lamp, and stains on the furniture. There was a cigarette burn on the tub. There was an open uncovered hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. I tried to get ice out of the ice machine, but it was not working. ...

"Our daughter and son in law's room had mold in the bathroom. The man managing the breakfast wore the same gloves whether he was emptying the trash or putting out eating utensils. The vanity is in side the bathroom. TheTbreakfast was okay, not great. There was a lot of traffic noise from the highway. Our TV remote didn't work half the time. It was a good location if you have a student at the college."

"This property was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I chose Country Inns and Suites based on my experience with the hotel in Grand Rapids. This was nothing like that. This property was old, felt dirty, and did not represent the Radisson brand I had come to expect. I can’t believe Radisson would attach their name to this property. Very inconsistent quality for this chain. Cut my stay short by a day because I just could not subject myself or my family to such a poor quality facility....

"Air conditioning was great. Cleanliness and comfortable could be better. People live there. Very messy. People live there was fighting and had guns in there hands when the elevator door opened. One guy asked me what kind of drugs I was selling as I was walking back to my room. Smoking weed on the balconies. Rooms need to be remodeled. It's close to the airport which is great. But for it marked as a 4star hotel, it could have been more cleaner and safer"
