The hosts are extremely helpful, and offer transportation to/from ski rentals, slopes, restaurants, and hot spring/onsen for bathing. The host gave us recommendations for dining and we felt like we were at a 5-star resort with no worries. Very cozey stay for those seeking and enjoyable adventure to Zao Onsen. I definitely recommend."
