"Where to start. FOH that day, she was excellent. Very, very noisy, smelly, dirty, things are falling apart. Yes, it's cheap. I believe it's good, if you are drunk blind and need something better than a park bench. I was there with my 10yo, somehow thinking, it can't be that bad, but she was afraid, we would be bashed up by obnoxiously loud other guests. We were located in room 22, which is above the pool table room, you can see and hear through the floor boards - every (swear)word you can...
"Great location in town, handy to pubs, supermarket, cafes, restaurants. Motel a little dated, but very clean. Comfortable beds, large room, with microwave and kettle. Friendly & helpful staff. Parking outside room, plus lots of off-street parking. A negative was smokers either side of our room, smoking in front of their rooms."
"Amazing resort for the family
The little ones loved it
Very well situated cabins and kids play areas
Heaps to do for the kids
Both indoor and outdoor door pools are amazing
Staff are super friendly
Resort was clean, and tidy all around
Deserves more than 5 stars"
"I would suggest to any future traveler to take a warm microfiber blanket with them for each bed during the winter the doona on the main bed was only just I had premonition on it and it took a microfiber blanket and we were very comfortable"
"The room was clean and bed comfy, shower and other amenities were fine, but the toilet didn't flush well at all. The surrounds of the property were sadly neglected and not maintained. The location of this Motel was the reason we stayed, as we have for many years and it was disappointing to see the condition of the gardens, pool and grounds now."
"Staff need to check that all bottles of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are actually full. Many were empty.
Crockery and cutlery were also insufficient....example no complete set of plates, knives etc.It was very quiet too."
"Basic accommodation for price.
Noisy with road trains during the night.
Mattress needs rotation as lumpy on 1 side and indentation on other. Whilst my greeting at reception was cold and felt like I was an inconvenience a
Redeeming aspect was they turned the heater on in the cabin which was thoughtful. Also the water is not drinkable so need to bring plenty for cooking etc."
