"Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs. "The property is spread in a big area with lots of cashew trees and open spaces for walking The front of the property is also a waterpark and usually bit busy in season But the best part was the staff and their eagerness to help In particular the restaurant/onsite manager (Abhijit Jadhav) was very helpful and eager to serve"
