"Easy check-in and great communication before, during and after. House was super well appointed (4 different ways to make coffee ). Also easy check-out.We had a small problem and the property manager was great to deal with. Description was accurate and house was beautiful. It worked well for our family of 7. Lots of room AND seating. Lots of beach toys. Definitely recommend "

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "
