"I inquired about another stay and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I bought a microwave meal that night and it was very good. The lighting in the bathroom and the room was very awesome."

"The hotel has a nice yard which affords a nice view and has picnic tables and chairs to just hang out in."

"The location of this property is very good and easy to access. Room was spacious and well-equipped except for a coffee maker. Our room happened to be just above the roof top for the front entrance leaving an unattractive view. Also, the darker shade on the window would not close leaving the room well-lit all night from bright lights outside. "This is our go to spot for staying in Tazwell. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean and the staff is always kind and polite."

I travel to that area at least once a year and we’ll always stay here!!"

"It was clean and the shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. There weren't conveniently placed electrical outlets, and no USB chargers. For the same amount of money, you can have nicer accommodations elsewhere. "

"The owners were very polite. The only issue I had was that the listing online did not say anything about it being fully solar powered with no electricity. We left in the middle of the night the first night because there was no power at all."

"I was charge more than expected. They did not have my reservation. The linens/towels were dingy and stained. Our room flooded with sewage. Not a fun time but the people were incredibly nice."
