"The hotel was a very disappointing experience. The facility looked abandoned, and even the name was different upon arrival. I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid.
The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. It took about an hour before they finally agreed to give me a room. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty and had several damages.

"Lovely Hotel Rather big New Still opening Nice room and beds very clean nice gardens The main pool only has a ladder to get in and out which is very dangerous and disappointing to older people as there are no steps Maybe a wider ladder would help
