The beds were rock hard, aircon didn't work and there was no hot water in our shower, my mother in law mistakenly left her watch in the room when we out, it wasn't there when we got back and no-one had seen...

"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"
