"They upgraded us to a flat instead of a studio which was really nice but the flat didn’t have any toiletries or towels."

"The home itself was nice, the double beds are very cheaply made the wood slats the mattresses sit on kept falling down making the mattress fall. But my biggest complaint is the management. They failed to give back full deposit because they said makeup stained towels! That is ridiculous, since it washes out. Also I had to checkout very early in morning said to leave keys in apartment I left them and they said they had to break the door to get in! Not sure why they would tell me to leave the keys...

"The place was clean nice furniture but the tv was not working no one to communicate with and the worth things is no location on the one time I had to stay with friends because no taxi or uber knew the place "
