"TV hardly worked. It wouldn't connect to the Internet and kept cutting out while it was on. Staff was friendly, and it was a 3/5 on cleanliness. They definitely need to deep clean those rooms with some of the stains on the floors. "

"Its not the best but its definitely not the worst. Rooms are clean & spacious, NO BUGS atleast I saw none. Could be maintained a little better fridge had a smell to it, walls had a couple stains, & shower does not close all the way besides that a good hotel to rest your head."

"This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel."

"I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. ."

"Overbooked (thankfully that was resolved), filthy room ( garbage from previous stay was still in room)and the bathroom kept flooding."

"Room was clean and comfortable; however, the refrigerator did not cool as expected. The late-night check-in staff really needs some training on customer service. She is a bit curt with how she speaks to customers. Breakfast was very basic but good. I just don't think the eggs The shuttle bus driver went above and beyond to help us when our car needed oil. He was truly our earth angel in a difficult time."

"I did not like the rooms at all. It was not because they were dirty, they were not. The sheets had a hole in them. They were coming off the bed. In a 4 night stay not once did anyone come and take the trash, make the bed or take away the dirty towels. I had to go get my own clean towels from the front desk each day. The dirty ones remained in the floor and were there along with the trash when I checked out on Thursday and I arrived on Sunday. The desk was all scratched up. The chair...
