"It is a beautiful facility. My only complaint is that they have Sani Air air fresheners all over the building and the scent was REALLY strong. When I first entered the building, it smelled nice, but the scent in my room was so strong it gave me a headache and irritated my throat. I even called the front desk to see if there were air fresheners in my room that I could remove and he said that he wasn't aware of anything being used by Housekeeping. He said he would check with the Housekeeping...
"staff was very rude and the busy time the front office staff start cleaning main areas (front door) and the elevator area with out no sign my children fall down and other residents also, we complained But they didn’t care … breakfast was terrible…..nothing in their, and room they put smokeing sin but everywhere smoking smell….."

Respecto la organización de la habitación...
"Exceptional staff. These people are very well trained by leadership. A better breakfast is the only thing needed for perfection. Adequate but not perfection. This is the place to stay if you're in Newton."
