浴缸建議加裝扶手，浴缸內放防滑墊。
停車場坡道建議加強標示，第一次下去時是有些疑惑擔心，機械停車位較窄，出入還需折後照鏡。建議重新思考整理規劃整個停車場。"

"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested.
The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

"唯一的缺點，就是搭電梯極爲不方便，例如上下10樓，只有中間一個電梯可用 ，而且還受旁邊不停電梯管控，一樓保全也不理你，ㄧ直叫我們拿房卡，一間只給一張，退房寄放行李，怎麼會有房卡？這客用電梯要改進，氣死人了😡"
