"Had a great visit. Everyone is particularly helpful. Met with Mr. Arnott and he was very accommodating and friendly. The staff are really good if you need any extra soap or supplies. It used to be a hostel but has now turned into a hotel and it’s very amenable to all of the local events and facilities."

"最初、Kioskとはなにかわからなかったが、行けば分かるように掲示板があった。 また、google mapでみたとき、駐車場がどこかわからなかったが、問題なく駐車スペースがあった。 バストイレは共通だが、タオルの入れ替えは2日に一回くらいだった。 冷蔵庫に物を保管するときは、近場のスーパーで得た紙袋に部屋番号を書いていれておいた。特にイタズラされることはなかった。 玄関の鍵を開け閉めするのにコツがあり、鍵を深く入れてから、抜けないようにすこし鍵を引いたところでしか回らないものだった。 また、靴を脱ぐスタイルの宿だった。 しかし、kilaueaからかなり近く、利便性はよかった。 古いので温水が出るのに時間がかかった。 費用は抑えられた。また火山の活動と休みがあえば、泊まりたいと思う。"

Very responsive hosts, there is no host at the lodge, but there are plenty of supplies if you run out of towels or coffee, or anything you can usually get from a hotel. The neighborhood seems safe. "This place is huge! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not get in each other's way. The pantry was also well stocked with things you might have forgotten to bring, which was a plus. The area is in a quiet neighborhood except, of source, for the coqui frogs that plague Hawaii. Even those can be charming with the right mood.
