"No one answered just voicemail.There were 2 steep full sets of stairs.The remote wouldn't work until we went on YouTube to find pairing instructions. The hot water lasted less than 5 minutes. The downstairs bathroom was so small your shoulders barely fit in the room.There was an extra non working refrigerator.The couch had an arm that is about to fall off. Mold on windows."
