"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Their behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Most shockingly,...
"BED BUGS!!! I stayed at this place for 4 days and woke up first day with bite marks all over my body. Since there is no front desk, communicating and getting a new room took hours as the staff online would respond every 3 hours with one sentence max. Upon my trip, I tried to get In touch with the hotel regarding my issue and they simply just ignored, offered no compensation nothing. Terrible."
"The location of the property was great, we traveled by train and were able to walk to and from the train station with our luggage. Was easy to get to many activities from the location as well. Very much enjoyed our 2 nights in Innsbruck!
Only negative was that the apartment was advertised as supplying breakfast, but we did not see where breakfast was supposed to be served so that was a bit disappointing."
"Eu e minha amiga ficamos extremamente decepcionadas com o hotel. Totalmente diferente do anúncio.

"Although laundry facilities were listed as an amenity, i could not find them on site. There are laundromats nearby. Otherwise, the property was absolutely charming and a great find in Altstadt. "
"Schöne Wohnung, gute Betten, Lage gut. Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Kühlschrank frostet zu sehr. 2. TV ohne Kanalverbindung? 3. Abfluss im Bad war sehr träge. "
