"Nice condo"

"We had a great time staying here!!! It was just minutes from the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We usually stay in the Coligny area, so we loved how quiet and private the beach near this property is! The pickleball court was definitely a bonus. We are considering staying here again. There were some minor things that we encountered that I have addressed directly with Vacasa. You won't be sorry if you book this property!"

"Great spot in every way! There was a VRBO issue (the only reason we couldn't give 5 stars) such that we didn't get an access code or checkout instructions, but the hosts were great to step in and respond quickly. Highly Recommend! "

"The place smelled really bad like cigarettes. Go into the bathroom and it smelled like sewage. Rugs were filthy black dirt on our feet. Queen size bed right in the living room behind the tv."

"Our stay was good, but this space would be too cramped with 8 people. With five or six it seemed crowded in the common areas and needs more seating in the living room, although I don't know where you could put any more. Smaller than I expected, but pics are accurate. It's a 4th floor corner unit, the balcony was always in the shade, close to the next building, and overlooks the parking lot. We didn't use it at all because it was never sunny and in Feb. the wind between the buildings and walkways...

"This house far exceeded our expectations. Pictures definitely don’t do it justice. The house was spotlessly clean, had an awesome layout that suited our group perfectly, and was so well stocked with everything we needed. Also, we loved how close the place was located to the beach, restaurants, golf, etc. Our favorite thing to do was enjoy the peaceful back porch while we watched the birds, fish and even an occasional alligator swimming in the lagoon! Host was super responsive when we had a few...

"Very nice condo, great neighborhood, gps directions sucked but rental company responded quickly and led us right there. Check in was super simple. Online it looked like we were right on the beach but it wasn’t a bad walk. Pools were nice and clean. Not too far from all the restaurants, shopping, and fun stuff for the kids. Would definitely book again!! "

"It was a beautiful property. We could see both the ocean and the playground from our balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and we enjoyed the area immensely. Hopefully, we will be back soon."
