"If your looking for an awesome clean state of the art facility this isn't it. This building is old, out side is dirty, homeless and people sitting around talking. Old broken down vechiles in the parking lot. The lobby was way outdated it was neat and clean. The room was clean but very basic. It was an experience for sure. "Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. "The only good thing I can say about this motel, is the location was very convenient for my needs to commute to Churchill downs! The room was far from clean, almost every blanket and sheet had cigarette burn holes. The smell was absolutely awful! Staff were not easy to work with & offered no discount for trouble. My room was next door to a prostitute, first nights stay we were woken up by Louisville metro police knocking on her door. I could keep going, I guess you can say you get what you pay...
