"The rooms/bathrooms are VERY small. The elevators are painfully slow. They are under renovation in the lobby area which made it very congested and hectic. We wanted to go up to the rooftop bar and were told it was full and we couldn’t go. On the plus side it was conveniently located to the theatre we went to as well as other attractions. "On a different day it could have been a nice stay. When we got there I noticed that whoever had stayed in my room previously had lightly smeared what looked like excrement on the back of the bathroom door, and there was a booger on the TV.
